MRJ Tranformations

 

     With the retirement of our Executive Director, Doug Barden, who has been with us for twenty years, along with the new and dynamic changes of the URJ under the leadership of Rabbi Rick Jacobs, the MRJ has a unique opportunity in our history to look at our many accomplishments, examine where we are now, and ask ourselves, where do we want to go in the 21st century.    

     To that end, we are proud to announce that the MRJ Leadership has engaged Rabbi David Wolfman, who in the past had served the URJ for over 17 years and has become one of the foremost specialists in the field of Managing Jewish Organizational Change and Transition.  He will be working with us to help advise the membership and leadership as we examine our past and present and look toward the future (our new present).

    Every member of the MRJ and its affiliates will have an opportunity to communicate their thoughts to Rabbi Wolfman and our Leadership Team as this process unfolds.
